Trillium Health Resources is seeking a Finance Manager in North Carolina to lead the daily operations of the Finance unit, drive budgeting, forecasting, and related reporting, and coordinate cross‑functional efforts to support budget and state reporting requirements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in financial planning, and the ability to manage staff performance while ensuring timely, accurate financial metrics for the Board and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent; 1+ year of accounting/finance reporting experience OR Associate's degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reside in North Carolina; able to travel within catchment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned Finance unit and supervise staff.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and related reporting activities.
• Oversee preparation of department reporting and reviews with executives.
