Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Finance Manager, Procurement & Logistics in Philadelphia to partner with Procurement and Logistics leaders. You will oversee financial planning, reporting, and cost control for fresh produce operations, ensuring margin protection and financial transparency across the supply chain.

The role requires strong cost modelling, Excel and ERP skills, and experience in perishable goods finance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
CPA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
Proven ability to model costs, margins, and scenarios for supply chain

Responsibilities

Serve as finance partner to Procurement for cost budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Lead Logistics finance: budgeting, cost-to-serve, and OTIF-related financials.
Develop P&L clarity for supply chain activities with senior leadership.
Manage month-end close for procurement and logistics cost lines and annual reforecast.
Support contract negotiations with financial modeling on price, volume and risk.
Track savings initiatives and supplier cost-out programs with validation.
