Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Director of Procurement in Philadelphia, PA to lead indirect sourcing and category management. You will drive cost savings, supplier relationships, and governance across Operations, Finance, Quality, R&D, Marketing, and more.

You will partner with senior leaders to optimize total cost of ownership, improve supplier performance, and foster ESG-aligned sourcing while building a high-performing procurement team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or related field.
• 10+ years in procurement/sourcing with leadership experience.
• Proven success in category management and contract negotiations.
• Experience managing large annual spend portfolios in manufacturing/CPG.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide indirect sourcing strategies.
• Lead category management and supplier negotiations for value.
• Oversee procurement governance, policies, and controls.
• Mitigate risks and ensure supply continuity across categories.
• Manage budgets, savings tracking, and ROI with Finance.
• Lead and develop procurement teams; drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Ops, Quality, R&D, and Marketing on strategy.
• Promote ESG, supplier diversity, and ethical sourcing.
