Job summary

Bonduelle Americas in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Director of Procurement to lead the organization’s indirect spend strategy, drive value through sourcing, category management, and supplier relations, and ensure cost-effective, sustainable procurement aligned with ESG goals.

You will partner with Operations, Finance, Quality, R&D, and Marketing to optimize total cost of ownership, strengthen supplier performance, and foster continuous improvement across procurement governance and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of procurement and sourcing experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing procurement teams.
• Proven track record in category management, sourcing strategy, supplier negotiations, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide indirect spend sourcing strategies.
• Lead category management programs aligned with objectives and market conditions.
• Drive cost reduction, supplier innovation, and process improvements.
• Oversee procurement governance and contract lifecycle management.
• Partner with functions to optimize total cost of ownership and supplier performance.
• Lead risk assessments and ensure supply continuity.
