Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably with alternative investment asset managers.
Extensive experience with Private Equity/Debt valuation is required.
SEC/BDC reporting and CLO experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for Private Debt funds.
Collaborate with Investor Relations for fundraising materials.
Contribute to the valuation process for investments.
Review fund administrator’s work and manage tax estimates.
Lead communication with auditors for year-end financials.
