Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Manager, Finance in Bristol, PA to lead a finance team and partner with the IPT on cost and profitability analyses. You will analyze data, generate financial reports, and guide executive decisions on program financial status.

You will prepare EACs, support EVMS, perform variance analyses, and contribute to audits and forecasting. Strong leadership and communication are essential; US security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 9 years prior experience; or graduate degree with 7 years; or 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) and EV reporting requirements is preferred.
• Ability to obtain a US security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a finance team and own P&L metrics including orders, sales, operating income, and cash flow.
• Monitor costs and perform labor, material, subcontract and ODC estimates against budget and forecast.
• Prepare Estimates at Completion (EAC) and provide financial insights to IPT and senior leadership.
• Support EVMS, audits, and monthly/quarterly/annual forecasting processes.
• Drive process improvements and develop talent within the team.
