WomenLift Health is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial operations across multiple regions. This role ensures financial integrity, supports programmatic success, and contributes to the organization's sustainability. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management within the non-profit sector and be aligned with the organization's core values.
Position Title: Finance Manager(Non-Profit)
Location: Fully remote, preference for candidates from India, East Africa and South African countries
Reports to: Operations Director
Hours per week (average): 40 hours (100% FTE)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead and strengthen our financial operations across multiple regions. This role is central to ensuring financial integrity, supporting programmatic success, and contributing to the long-term sustainability and growth of WomenLift Health. In addition to overseeing financial systems and compliance, the Finance Manager will be hands-on in day-to-day operations—processing invoices, reconciling accounts, preparing budgets and reports internally and externally, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and donor requirements. The ideal candidate is not only highly organized and detail-oriented but also aligned with our core values and eager to contribute to an entrepreneurial and mission-driven, global organization. This role does not include direct staff supervision.
