Responsibilities

• Oversee bookkeeping, payments, and account reconciliation.
• Manage annual budget development and cash flow tracking.
• Process tuition payments via FACTS and related platforms.
• Draft tuition contracts with the tuition committee.
• Coordinate with external accountants for audits and compliance.
• Oversee school-wide purchasing and timely payments.
• Coordinate deposits and grant payments; complete required paperwork.
• Track and acknowledge donations using DonorPerfect.
