Our client which supports Bruderhof's educational mission, seeks an Accounting Manager to ensure the financial health of the client and affiliated schools. You will play a key role in managing financial transactions, reporting, and compliance for all institutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions for clients, daycares, and K-8 schools.
• Manage accounts payable, payroll, accounts receivable (including tuition billing), and financial statement production.
• Perform reconciliations, analyze variances, and create budget reports.
• Develop procedures for recording donations and program revenue.
• Generate standard and customized reports for management.
• Collaborate with school leadership, faculty, and Community Holdings staff.
• Maintain ethical and confidential handling of financial data.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
