Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an F&I Manager in Las Vegas to lead the finance and insurance process during vehicle purchases. You will work with customers to determine financing options, present pricing transparently, and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.

Strong leadership and a consultative approach are essential. You'll transition customers from Sales to Finance, build relationships, and follow up to drive loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.

• Determine customer financing needs and payment options based on a consultative interview.
• Present a fully transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure 100% compliance with all laws and regulations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build referrals.
