Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an F&I Manager in Encinitas, CA. You will welcome customers, guide them from Sales to Finance during vehicle purchases, and tailor financing options through a consultative approach.

Build relationships with staff and customers, ensure compliant financing, and drive satisfaction and referrals. Ideal candidates have leadership experience, strategic thinking, and a passion for innovation and people development.

• Process finance transactions and ensure 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
