Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a seasoned F&I Manager to bridge sales and finance during vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment. You’ll determine financing needs, present options, and ensure compliant, transparent deals while driving customer satisfaction and referrals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during vehicle purchase.
• Work with employees and customers to develop relationships.
• Determine financing needs and payment options through consultative interview.
• Present a transparent pricing menu detailing financing options.
• Process finance transactions in compliance with laws and policy.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Build rapport to create referrals and achieve sales goals.
• Gain product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Ensure administrative processes are timely and compliant.
