AutoNation is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to lead credit decisions, present financing options, and bridge the gap between sales and finance during vehicle purchases. You will work with our team and customers to deliver transparent financing menus and ensure compliance.

In a no-haggle environment, you will help customers explore products, achieve sales goals, and build lasting relationships while upholding state and federal regulations.

Qualificações

• Proven leadership experience in a retail or automotive environment.
• Ability to set and achieve targets with a strategic mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales finance or related field preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and transition them from Sales to Finance during vehicle purchase.
• Determine financing needs and present payment options via a transparent pricing menu.
• Process finance transactions and ensure 100% compliance with state and federal laws.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build referrals.
• Maintain product knowledge and achieve targeted sales goals.
• Handle administrative tasks promptly and accurately.
