AutoNation in Sanford, FL seeks an experienced F&I Manager to lead the process from sales to finance, assess financing needs, and present transparent options to customers. You will ensure compliance with state and federal laws while building lasting relationships that drive referrals and repeat business.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for customer service, with opportunities to work across a national retailer network and contribute to a culture of innovation
