Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Finance Department.
• Involvement in deal making and structuring deals.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal laws.
• Oversee submission and completion of financing documents for approvals.
• Maximize back-end profit on every deal.
• Conduct risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
• Lead a high-performing finance team and develop staff.
• Collaborate with employees and customers to bridge sales process disconnects.
• Build rapport with customers and present finance/lease options.
• Meet monthly objectives.
• Coordinate with service advisors on warranty questions.
• Train sales team on finance programs and benefits.
• Lead by example and promote KPI/CSI scores.
• Other duties as assigned.
