Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager for IT & Cybersecurity to lead financial planning and analysis. You will deliver forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans, and prepare monthly executive reports for the VP CIO and VP Cybersecurity & Infrastructure.

You will build analytical dashboards, identify risks, and drive process improvements across IT & Cybersecurity finance, partnering with senior leaders to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Experience with financial reporting cycles (forecasts, budgets).
• Experience partnering with Senior Leadership.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/consolidation apps; data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and oversee financial forecasts, budgets and long-term plans for IT & Cybersecurity to drive performance.
• Prepare monthly executive reporting and analysis for VP CIO and VP Cybersecurity & Infrastructure.
• Develop dashboards and tools to visualize results and identify issues early.
• Identify and implement business process improvements and standardization.
