Talisman is hiring a Finance Manager (Investments) in Durham, NC (Hybrid) or Remote with monthly travel to lead end-to-end capital raising, acquisition screening, and investor relations for a growing renewable energy developer. Qualifications

• 4–6 years in finance with renewable energy or power markets experience.
• Background at a utility-scale developer, investment bank, or similar transactional firm.
• Strong knowledge of project finance tools: construction debt, term loans, tax equity, and tax credit transfer.
• Detail-oriented with strong modeling and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end transaction workstreams - from capital raises and investor RFPs through to acquisitions and closing.
• Maintain and update complex financial models across various capital structures.
• Interface with lenders, tax equity investors, and advisors; liaise with Construction, Development, Legal, FP&A, and Accounting.
• Prepare board presentations and financial analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Guide analysts on financial modelling and transaction workstreams.
