The successful candidate will lead in financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliation, and compliance with SOP/LSOP requirements, while providing timely insights to management and ensuring accurate P&L statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance and Accounting or related field.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills; leadership and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; payroll processing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operation of the Finance Office.
• Prepare financial analysis and reporting, budgeting and controls.
• Oversee audits and ensure compliance with SOPs and LSOPs.
• Reconcile balance sheet and ensure correct revenue matching.
• Provide timely reports and analytical support to management.
