Job summary

Capital Vacations seeks an HOA Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead FP&A for our portfolio of 200+ managed resorts in Myrtle Beach. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and ERP integration, while guiding a small team within the Operations Finance domain.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in budgeting/forecasting, strong communication skills, and experience with multi-site operations or HOA management. This on-site role sits at our Myrtle Beach Operations Corporate Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, systems or equivalent with FAS compliance.
• Minimum five years in budgeting, forecasting, bookkeeping and ERP systems.
• Strong communication across Operational and Accounting leadership levels.
• Experience with large multi-site operations.
• Record of developing and mentoring staff.
• Timeshare or HOA management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FP&A processes for 200+ Managed Resorts portfolio.
• Maintain and enhance the resort budget template.
• Train users on the budgeting tool and load historical data.
• Support template users and correct errors as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations during budget preparation and reviews.
• Forecasting: maintain and enhance forecasting processes and reports; load data into Acumatica; manage data ledger.
