Job summary

Sage Hospitality Group is seeking a Dual Finance Manager for the Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station and Hotel Indigo Downtown Denver. The role oversees daily accounting, payroll, budgeting, and internal controls, partnering with hotel leadership to deliver timely financial information and ensure compliance.

You will supervise accounting associates, develop procedures, and review invoices while supporting audits and tax filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations: AP/AR, payroll, cash management, month-end close.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist GM with annual budget, forecasts, and financial analyses.
• Monitor expenses and labor costs; provide variance analyses and recommendations.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate audits and tax filings; ensure accurate financial records.
