Job summary

Mills Automotive Group in Hampton, VA seeks an F&I Manager to run a high-volume operation without compromising detail. You will present every product to every customer and structure deals across captive lenders with speed and accuracy.

Drive product penetration through VSC, maintenance, tires, and bundles while turning deals fast. A top performing, process-driven professional will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of F&I production in a franchise store.
• Consistent PVR and PPD performance you can show on paper.
• Toyota or import-store experience is a plus; captive lender fluency is a bigger plus.
• CDK and Darwin experience preferred, but we’ll train the right producer.

We're looking for a F&I Manager who can run high volume without letting the details slip. This is one of the busiest stores in our group. Strong new car flow, healthy used inventory, and a Sales Team that keeps the desk full. What we need is someone who can deliver every customer at the same standard, whether it's the third deal of the day or the thirteenth.
