Job summary

Tijon Fragrance Lab is seeking a highly capable Finance Manager to oversee accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, compliance, and HR functions for corporate operations and franchise locations in Charlotte, NC. This new role reports to the President and emphasizes scalable, disciplined financial processes.

The ideal candidate combines strong US GAAP expertise with hands-on, proactive problem solving, excellent communication, and the ability to work across teams and outside advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Strong US GAAP fluency and financial reporting experience.
• Experience in forecasting and financial planning & analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across corporate operations and franchise locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly close, financial reporting, and related analyses.
• Serve as primary contact for external audit and tax compliance.
• Support HR administration functions including payroll coordination and records.
• Strengthen internal controls and document key finance processes.
• Leverage AI and technology to improve productivity and reporting.
