Job summary

CWILL is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to own day-to-day US finance operations and build scalable processes for growth. You will manage full-cycle accounting, AP/AR, payroll support, tax coordination with external advisors, and internal controls.

Ideal candidates have a strong US GAAP background, 4+ years in finance, and experience with SaaS/e‑commerce. Hybrid work in Cary, NC is available with relocation as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• US CPA or CPA Candidate status strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of hands-on US accounting/finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day finance operations for US entity, full-cycle accounting, AP/AR, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Coordinate taxes with CPA/tax advisors; support tax filings.
• Manage payroll support and benefit administration with platforms like Deel or Gusto.
• Develop and enforce internal controls; automate where possible.
