Responsibilities

• This role will serve as the primary finance partner to leadership, providing financial insight, operational analysis, and disciplined cost management for productivity and profitability goals.
• Provide timely insights on performance, trends, and risks to operations leadership.
• Translate financial results into clear operational actions to drive cost efficiency, margin improvement, and productivity.
• Support leadership with data‑driven decision‑making across labor, materials, overhead, and capital investments.
• Work with accounting, finance, and supply chain for financial planning and analysis.
• Execute forecasting, annual budgeting, and long‑range planning processes.
• Own variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior periods, providing clear root‑cause explanations and action plans.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track operational and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Strong manufacturing finance experience, with a hands‑on mindset and ability to influence operational outcomes through data and collaboration.
• Strong background in cost accounting, FP&A, inventory management, and variance analysis.
• Experience partnering directly with operations leaders in a hands‑on manufacturing environment.
