Proven Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to own budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across consolidated operations and multiple entities.

You will prepare monthly packages, board materials, and executive-level presentations, while analyzing project margins and forecast assumptions to identify business risks and opportunities. Collaborating with operational leaders, you will support audits related to revenue recognition and project accounting, with a clear path

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or a related finance function.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business analysis.
• Manufacturing, project-based accounting, or percentage-of-completion revenue recognition experience is highly preferred.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education. The expected range for this role is $125,000-$145,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
