Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL and data tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall TSSL+ financial planning by building cost bridges and crafting narratives for senior leadership.
• Drive process simplification, standardization, and automation across planning workflows.
• Provide financial support to business partners on initiatives improving delivery quality or reducing costs.
• Identify risks, evaluate impact, and implement improvements.
• Prioritize high-impact activities with managers to drive material improvements.
