Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• MBA or CPA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall TSSL+ financial planning by building cost bridges and narrating KPI impacts to leadership.
• Drive process simplification, standardization, and automation across planning workflows.
• Provide financial support to business partners on initiatives that improve deliveries and reduce costs.
• Identify risks, evaluate impact, and implement improvements to close gaps.
• Partner with managers to prioritize high-impact activities and de-prioritize low-impact work.
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative environment for operational excellence.
