Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Finance Manager to own planning for the Middle Mile FP&A team supporting the US Sort Center network. You’ll lead quarterly, annual, and long‑range forecast cycles, translating insights into executive‑level financial plans and partnering with senior leaders to drive growth.

You will build analytical solutions using large data sets, model the financial impact of strategic decisions, and mentor the team to deliver results that improve delivery quality and cost

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall Middle Mile Sort Centers financial planning by building cost bridges, partnering with key stakeholders to craft narratives for senior leadership, and distilling key insights on the impact of KPIs on our performance.
• Drive process simplification, standardization, and automation across planning workflows to improve speed, quality, and scalability.
• Provide financial support to business partners on key initiatives that improve the quality of deliveries, speed of delivery, and/or reduce costs.
• Identify risks, evaluate impact, propose changes, and implement improvements to remediate gaps.
• Proactively partner with managers to prioritize and focus on high‑impact activities and de‑prioritize those unlikely to drive material improvement.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes operational excellence and work‑life harmony.
