Job summary

Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a Finance Manager to lead FP&A for pharmacy operations, driving end-to-end planning cycles, quarterly guidance, and long-range planning with cross-functional coordination and VP‑level reporting.

The ideal candidate will apply AI to FP&A workflows, build and validate AI‑driven forecasts, and deliver executive‑ready narratives and dashboards, all while maintaining controllership and strategic focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 5+ years of leading cross‑functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy
• MBA or CPA is preferred (for advanced roles)

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for Amazon Pharmacy with end-to-end planning cycles (OP1/OP2) and Long Range Planning
• Develop quarterly guidance and executive materials for senior leadership
• Coordinate cross‑functional timelines and deliverables with strong narrative development
• Own P&L exposure and surface financial insights to influence strategic decisions
• Apply AI to FP&A workflows, including forecasting, reporting, and automation
• Present clear, data‑driven insights to VP level stakeholders
