Job summary

BD is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and control within a business unit. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and reporting, partnering with leaders to drive performance and ensure regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in finance/accounting, strong analytic and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel, FP&A, and financial modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience; ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills.
• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Assist preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Provide financial business partnering to functional leaders with insights to drive performance.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes per GAAP/IFRS and policies.
• Conduct variance analysis and propose corrective actions.
• Oversee financial processes, systems, and internal controls for efficiency and compliance.
• Support strategic initiatives including business cases, M&A due diligence, and integration.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
