Job summary

sg360° is seeking a strategic and analytical Finance Manager – FP&A & Operations Finance to join our Finance leadership team in the United States. This role partners with Finance and executive leadership to provide insights that support performance, efficiency, and growth in a $300M revenue manufacturing business.

The ideal candidate brings strong FP&A and financial modeling experience within manufacturing, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 7–12 years of progressive finance experience with FP&A.
• Experience in manufacturing/operationally complex environments.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and three‑statement modeling.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Experience with 13‑week cash flow forecasting.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Proven ability to partner with operational leaders and influence decisions.
• Excellent analytical, communications, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and operating planning with business leaders.
• Own monthly forecasting and develop forward-looking projections (revenue, gross margin, OPEX, EBITDA).
• Develop driver-based models, quarterly outlooks, and long-range plans.
• Analyze performance against budget/forecast to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly financial and operational reports for executives.
• Develop EBITDA bridges and performance analyses explaining key drivers.
• Partner with Operations to improve productivity, cost structures, and profitability.
• Support standard/product costing and margin analysis; monitor capital projects.
• Drive working capital optimization and cash flow management.
• Lead and develop Finance analysts and cross-functional collaboration.
