Job summary

sg360° is seeking a strategic and analytical Finance Manager – FP&A & Operations Finance to join our Finance leadership team, partnering with executives to drive performance and growth. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and EBITDA improvement across a manufacturing-reliant business with strong commercial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 7–12 years of progressive finance experience with FP&A and financial modeling.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, print, packaging, or another operationally complex environment.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and three-statement modeling.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Proven ability to partner with operations and influence business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and operating planning with business leaders.
• Own monthly forecasting and develop forward-looking projections for revenue, gross margin, Opex, and EBITDA.
• Develop driver-based financial models, quarterly outlooks, and long-range plans.
• Prepare monthly financial and operational reports for executives.
• Create EBITDA bridges and analyses explaining drivers such as volume, pricing, labor, and overhead.
• Partner with Operations to identify cost-reduction and productivity opportunities.
• Support standard costing, product costing, margin analysis, and capital investment analysis.
• Deliver analyses and presentations to the Board and private equity stakeholders.
