Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Finance Manager to support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning across joint ventures in Latin America. You will partner with local finance leadership to provide insights, strengthen controls, and drive informed decisions.

The role requires 6+ years in Finance, GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel, and bilingual English/Spanish, with Latin America experience a plus. This hybrid Miami role offers strong growth and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting with FP&A focus.
• Knowledge of GAAP principles with strong business acumen.
• Experience managing complex forecasting and budgeting across multiple entities/regions.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency (SAP/Oracle/BPC/OneStream).

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial performance reviews with variance analysis.
• Partner to develop and consolidate annual operating budget.
• Lead pacing across entities and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare and analyze key metrics for corporate reporting.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for management.
