Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to drive forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis for the Latin America division. You will consolidate monthly forecasts, implement BI tools, and help onboard new entities to ensure policy compliance.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, advanced Excel skills, and experience with BI platforms like OneStream, Oracle, SAP, or ERP systems. Based in Miami, it offers broad exposure to live entertainment finance teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required.
Knowledge of Finance/Accounting/GAAP principles and strong business acumen.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Must be flexible with hours to accommodate workload fluctuations.
Familiarity with business intelligence tools and implementation of forecasting software.
Strong interpersonal skills required to work alongside individual business units and effectively communicate business results to various audiences.
Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills.
Software Requirements: Advanced Excel Powerpoint Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems Power BI

Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial models used for reporting and strategic analysis, focusing on OneStream rollout.
Analyze and interpret monthly and quarterly financial results, assisting Finance Manager with presentations.
Build and implement executive dashboards using BI tools (OneStream) to provide KPI insights with drill-down capabilities.
Collaborate with divisional accounting to ensure compliance, data integrity, variance explanations, and forecast alignment.
Provide timely, accurate financial analysis of variances between actuals, forecast, budget, and prior year.
Perform departmental audits of key processes across business lines and document key issues.
Assist with due diligence of new JV partners/business units, identifying data integration opportunities and drivers of new businesses.
Handle ad-hoc requests including CFO presentation data.
