Job summary

United Talent Agency seeks an experienced Manager, Finance to drive financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. Based in Beverly Hills, you will ensure timely inputs, data consistency, and actionable insights across FP&A and systems teams.

You will coordinate monthly forecasts, support monthly reviews, and contribute to long-range planning, with a focus on automation, dashboards, and KPI tracking. Strong collaboration across divisions is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PPT for modeling and materials.
• Ability to coordinate complex, deadline-driven processes across teams.
• Experience with enterprise performance management platforms and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly reporting timelines, milestones, and dashboards.
• Consolidate inputs from divisional FP&A leads and manage deadlines.
• Support monthly reviews with variance, trend analysis, and scenarios.
• Standardize assumptions, reporting methods, and planning processes.
• Partner with Finance Systems and BI teams on data validation and automation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recurring finance activities.
• Support commission allocation analytics and dashboard development.
• Develop standardized dashboards for decision-making.
• Establish KPI definitions and governance for consistent tracking.
• Collaborate across the finance org to resolve issues and run ad hoc analyses.
