Job summary

UTA seeks an experienced Manager, Finance to coordinate and support the company’s planning, forecasting, and reporting processes. Based in Beverly Hills, you will partner with FP&A and system leads to ensure data accuracy, timely deliverables, and standardized methods.

You will help develop annual and long-range planning, automate reporting, and create dashboards that drive actionable insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Approximately 5 to 8 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting skills.
• Ability to coordinate complex, deadline-driven processes across teams.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with financial modeling.
• Analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly reporting, forecasts, and annual planning timelines.
• Consolidate inputs from divisional leads and ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Support management reviews, variance analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Standardize assumptions, reporting methods, and templates across the company.
• Partner with Finance Systems and IT on dashboards and system improvements.
• Develop and maintain standard dashboards for recurring reports.
