Job summary

UTA seeks an experienced Manager, Finance to lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and related systems across the organization. You will coordinate monthly and long-range planning, develop management insights, and partner with FP&A and system leads to ensure timely, accurate inputs and consistent methodologies.

You will build standardized dashboards, KPI definitions, and automate reporting processes, escalating issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and financial planning experience.
• Experience with Finance Systems, BI, or IT teams.
• MBA/CPA/CFA or relevant certification preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong judgment and escalation skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate complex, deadline-driven processes across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recurring forecast processes, support monthly financial reviews, and contribute to the development of annual and long-range planning.
• Support finance systems, dashboarding, reporting automation, KPI tracking, and process improvements to make financial data accessible and actionable.
• Standardize financial assumptions, reporting methodologies, terminology, templates, and planning processes across the company.
• Build and maintain standardized dashboards for recurring monthly reporting and provide timely data for decision-making to department heads.
• Establish KPI definitions and governance to ensure consistent performance tracking across lines of business.
