Job summary

AbbVie seeks a Finance Manager for Etenta to lead financial planning, forecasting, and controllership for the franchise. You will manage SG&A, OPEX, and headcount, while supporting monthly closes and ensuring SOX-compliant controls.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Market Analytics, Pricing, and Commercial Finance leadership to drive accurate forecasts and robust financial insights across Plan, Update, LBE, LRP, Portfolio, and Actual submissions.

Qualifications

BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or Mathematics/Statistics.
Minimum of five years of progressive experience across FP&A, financial planning, controllership, and/or forecasting.
Demonstrated ownership of an SG&A or OPEX budget, including planning cycles and headcount management.
Working knowledge of GAAP close processes and internal controls (incl. SOX).
Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills with cross-level collaboration.
Ability to triangulate diverse data sets to inform forecasts and financial impact.
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; PowerPoint skills.
Agile prioritization and data integrity under deadlines.
Excellent presentation skills for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Own SG&A forecasting, planning, monitoring, and reporting (OPEX, headcount).
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close for SG&A and revenue per GAAP.
Maintain Etenta internal-controls environment including SOX; ensure financial-statement accuracy.
Build and own Etenta SG&A dashboards with variance commentary.
Partner with Etenta commercial team on investments and marketing-mix funding.
