Job summary

Amazon is hiring a Finance Manager to lead the automation strategy for Sub Same-Day (SSD) Finance. You will own the end-to-end automation roadmap, define strategy, and drive major initiatives across a 15-month transformation horizon.

You will also lead the SSD Reporting and Governance committee, build in-house tools to replace manual processes at scale, and establish a single source of truth for all reporting. The role supports AI-native planning and advanced financial narratives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, tax, economics, or related analytical field.
• MBA or CPA advantageous.
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL and data tooling is preferred.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Own the SSD Finance automation roadmap end-to-end with strategy and metrics.
• Lead the SSD Reporting and Governance committee with intake standards and accountability.
• Partner with Global Automation teams to build in-house tools replacing manual processes at scale.
• Establish foundational data infrastructure so reporting runs from a single source of truth.
• Deploy AI-native planning capabilities to auto-generate planning narratives and summaries.
