Job summary

Ciocca Ford Lincoln of Lawrenceville is seeking an energetic Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing team. You will guide customers through financing options, structure deals for profitability, desk deals, and ensure funding is expeditious in a busy dealership.

The ideal candidate knows automotive finance and insurance procedures, holds a valid driver's license, and maintains a clean driving record. This full-time role includes Saturdays, PTO, holidays, 401(k) matching, competitive pay,

• Knowledge of automotive dealership finance and insurance procedures preferred.
• Well-versed in title laws and registration process.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases.
• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
• Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Accurately audit team deals post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
