Job summary

Ciocca Automotive in the Quakertown area is seeking an energetic Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing team. You will guide customers through financing options, prepare deals, and ensure profitability while upholding compliance and quality service.

This full-time role includes Saturdays, a strong compensation plan with draw plus percentage, and benefits such as 401(k), PTO, and comprehensive insurance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive dealership finance and insurance procedures preferred.
• Well-versed in title laws and registration process.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases.
• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
• Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Accurately audit team deals post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
