Ciocca Automotive Careers in Quakertown, PA is seeking an energetic Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing team. This role focuses on arranging vehicle financing, guiding customers through lending options, and ensuring all deals comply with applicable laws.

You will desk deals, submit to lenders for approval, and work to maximize profitability while delivering exceptional customer service. Our process emphasizes accuracy, speed, and compliance to close contracts smoothly.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Well-versed in title laws and registration process.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases.
• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
• Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Accurately audit team deals post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
