Job summary

JLL is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee facility and project management accounting for the account. The role involves general ledger activities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and collaboration with internal and external client teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong financial/analytical skills with financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate financial information within deadlines, including month end reports, accruals, fundings, ad hoc analyses, budgets, forecasts and invoices to client and account management team as applicable.
• Comply with all JLL Corporate requests in a timely fashion, including budget, forecast, revenue, audit requirements, tax, balance sheet and accounts receivable.
• Timely review and approval of the monthly IAS Oversight financial package including bank reconciliation submission by the Accounting Manager in order for reporting to be finalized within seven business days after general ledger cutoff to insure timely and accurate reporting to Client and comply with Client Accounting Services standards.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly payroll and reimbursable expense billing to client
• Streamline financial processes across the locations. Examples include reporting, consistent financial slides and decks for QBR and Governance meetings with the client.
• Facilitate the compilation of the annual facility management expense budgets for each of the Client managed facilities.
• Comply with all SOCR, JLL Policies and Procedures and JLL Best Practice requirements
