Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee all aspects of facility and project management accounting. You will coordinate with facility, project, and finance teams to deliver timely month-end reporting, budgets, forecasts, and client invoicing, while ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance with 5–10 years of relevant experience, advanced Excel/Sheets skills, and strong analytical ability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5-10 years of relevant work experience expected.
• Proficiency with advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong financial/analytical skills with financial modeling shown.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of facility and project management accounting.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly payroll and reimbursable billing to client.
• Produce month end reports, accruals, budgets, forecasts and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with SOCR, policies and audit requirements.
• Streamline financial processes and support quarterly governance meetings.
