Job summary

JLL is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee facility and project management accounting for the Account, managing general ledger activities in a high-volume environment.

You will collaborate with Facility Managers, Project Managers, Finance staff, and vendors to deliver timely month-end reports, budgets, forecasts and reconciliations, while ensuring compliance with all internal policies and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate financial information within deadlines, including month-end reports, accruals, fundings, budgets, forecasts and invoices.
• Review and approve monthly IAS Oversight financial package.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly payroll and reimbursable expense billing to client.
• Coordinate annual facility management expense budgets.
• Ensure compliance with JLL policies, SOCR, and internal audits.
