Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a performance-focused Finance Partner to work with Regional Managers across our estate, turning data into actionable insights that drive EBITDA and store performance. You will deliver granular analysis, influence strategic decisions, and partner with Retail Operations, Finance and Property to translate numbers into practical actions on the shop floor.

You'll bring professional qualifications (CIMA/ACCA/ACA), strong analytical ability, and excellent stakeholder management.

• Professional qualification in a recognised accounting/business qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
• Ability to translate complex numbers into actionable insights for operational leaders.
• Strong communication skills with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a commercial partner to Regional Managers, driving financial performance to the shop floor.
• Collaborate daily with Retail Operations, Finance and Property to inform decisions and performance insights.
• Own store performance analysis and contribute to shaping store strategies across the estate.

More About The Role

Review Estate performance to drive operational and strategic actions that promote EBITDA performance across the estate. You will ensure that Regional Managers are well-informed about performance in their respective business areas at a granular level. This role influences and informs strategic decisions by utilising insight and analysis, applied through business partnering, to translate data into actionable insights for operational leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Partnering: Act as a true commercial partner to our Regional Managers, driving financial performance directly to the shop floor.
• Building Strong Networks: Collaborate daily with a diverse range of stakeholders, bridging the gap between Retail Operations, Finance, and Property.
• Own the Numbers: Take charge of store performance insight and analysis. Play a key role in shaping individual store strategies to influence the future of our Estate.
