Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a large, fast-paced team in food retail.
• Strong coaching, feedback, and trust-building across a store.
• Solid retail operations knowledge with a passion for food retail and Market Street.

• Set the culture: create an inclusive, high-performing environment where colleagues feel supported and valued.
• Lead from the front: coach on the shop floor and across Market Street, maintain high standards and showcase foodmaker credentials.
