Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Finance Manager to serve as the primary finance partner to a Division President. This role offers full ownership of the division’s P&L, strategic planning, forecasting and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience, excels in financial modeling, and can deliver data-driven insights to executives. Private equity experience is a plus, with exposure to growth and profitability initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting expertise.
• Advanced proficiency with BI tools and financial reporting platforms.
• Private equity backed company experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Division President to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating planning for the division.
• Provide P&L management including revenue, margin, and profitability analysis.
• Deliver weekly and monthly variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Support strategic initiatives with financial analysis and business case development.
• Collaborate with operations and sales to improve forecasting accuracy.
