Job summary

Vaco by Highspring seeks a Senior Director of Finance & Accounting to lead FP&A, reporting, and accounting across North America. This blended role emphasizes strategic leadership with hands‑on oversight of close processes and internal controls.

The successful candidate will own budgeting, forecasting, dashboards, and performance analytics, partnering with executives to drive margins and scalable processes in a multi‑entity organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Significant progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, finance leadership, and accounting oversight.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with ERP systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA budgeting, quarterly forecasting, long‑range planning, and performance management.
• Own modeling, variance analysis, and management reporting to drive insights.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and leadership reporting for timely decisions.
• Partner with executives to evaluate performance, improve margins, and control costs.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, cash flow, working capital, and operating expenses.
