Job summary

Locked In Talent, a well-established Gulf Coast services business, is seeking a strategic VP of Finance to own FP&A, build financial models, and partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives. You will lead a small finance team and drive data-driven insights to support pricing, profitability, and expansion efforts.

The role focuses on long-range planning, M&A evaluation, and improving reporting capabilities as the company scales across multiple Gulf Coast locations.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
• Strong experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and business analytics.
• Exposure to or involvement in M&A transactions.
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• A builder mindset with ability to create structure.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with leadership to drive data-driven insights across operations, pricing, and profitability.
• Support and evaluate M&A opportunities, including financial modeling, due diligence, and integration planning.
• Develop KPIs and reporting dashboards to track business performance.
• Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities as the company scales.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small finance team.
• Act as a key business partner across departments to support growth and operational efficiency.
